Our pool at Downside School
For swimmers based closer to Radstock, Frome or Wells in the north of Somerset, our pool at Downside School in Stratton-on-the-Fosse is the perfect setting for starting or continuing your hero’s journey!
If you’re swimming at Downside School, you’ll enjoy fantastic facilities and a large heated pool that’ll make lessons a breeze. The site also has free car parking for visitors.

Downside School is located on the A367 Fosseway, in the village of Stratton-on-the-Fosse, Radstock. Enter via the main entrance, head up the drive, and you’ll find free parking in the main quadrant. The sports centre and swimming pool are to the right of the drive.
